Several days ago, our site was attacked by some sort of bot or bug that flooded the forum with spam. We had to take the site down temporarily to take care of the problem. We apologize for the inconvenience, and for the abundance of spam posts that filled the boards (and the inboxes of those of you who have subscriptions set up).
In order to avoid this problem from happening again in the future, we enabled a spam protection system on the boards that will require guests to enter a captcha code when posting. Hopefully this will solve our problems. We also went in and deleted all the frivolous posts.
Again, we apologize for this problem and look forward to seeing you back on the boards!

Thanks for checking out talk43015.com, Delaware, Ohio's first and only online community! For the record, this site is not affiliated with the City of Delaware, Delaware County, or any government department. It also isn't associated with the Delaware Gazette, which did have its own forums about a year and a half ago.
As we're just getting the site up, there's a lot of work to do. The initial forums are up, though, and ready for use! Feedback is appreciated - needed, actually - so feel free to start a conversation on the forum or send us an email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Our focus the next week or so will be organizing the site and getting the details in order. After that we'll be promoting the site and working to get membership up. You can help us with the second part by telling your friends and family about the site and actively using the forums. A healthy forum is an active forum.
